Today I shared a photo of me from 2005 to a friend who has only known me in the past year. Their response got me thinking - they were not unkind, but I think they were shocked. Honestly, old, achy, wrinkly, I’ve never been better. My skin may sag, but my spirit soars. Every wrinkle, every ache, every element of gravity working it’s ugly magic, it has all brought gifts. Michelle Yeoh is right. Never let anyone tell you when you are past your prime. #women #aging #wisdom #ownyourlife #cronewisdom
