It is oh so quiet…

Greetings of peace to readers old and new, I hope that you and yours are well despite these tumultuous times.

It has been very quiet here on the blog. While my family and I are gratefully in good health, I have been in a bit of a creative void for a number of reasons. Other than writing for Give Us This Day, and one short piece for America Magazine, I ran out of creative steam.

May good health and peace be yours and may 2021 bring a new dawn. Thank you fro coming by.

  1. The photo of the snow is peaceful and beautiful. My prayers for you are for a rejuvenation of your creative spirit, a contentment with where you are now, and a hope for wonder and curiosity to spark something new in your heart in 2021. Many blessings to you.

  2. I just read your piece in Give Us This Day for December 30 and loved it and then found you here. I will pray that the Holy Spirit will get your creative juices flowing in the New Year and your inspiration will return! Thank you for writing!

  3. I think it is challenging to be constantly creative and admire your openness on declaring outloud that for the moment, the energy is quiet. It is my favorite time of the year to be quiet as it seems the world goes on hold between Christmas and New Year’s. The photo is beautiful. The image reminds me of where I grew up in Northeastern Ohio. I pray for your soul to be revived and renewed during this time of quiet. I always enjoy and appreciate what you share.
